Fueled by the determination to give back to their community, Chod and Jodi Yarnelli, founders of the Facebook group #Chodeats, as well as their team, have ignited a positive movement to support local mom and pop restaurants.
Each and every day, the group of #Chodeats brings thousands of individuals together with one commonality, the fondness of food, and seeks to give back to hardworking local businesses in the food industry.
What had once started out as a local community effort, has gained not only a following across America, but around the world, radiating positivity globally.
Since the groups founding, #Chodeats serves to support local, give back to the community, and make a lasting impact, regardless of location in the world. Spotlighting business start-ups, mom-and-pop restaurants, farmers' markets, and food-related festivals, the group aims to give recognition and support to the hardworking individuals in the food industry.
Join the journey to share #Chodeats fondness of food, fellowship, recipes, and featured restaurants, and give back to the community.

Foodies Feeding Families - (pre-COVID)
Little Foodies Giving Back
The perfect way to teach our children the importance of giving during the holiday season. We placed donated hats, gloves, scarves, hand warmers, etc. on the Canal Market tree, in downtown Newark Ohio, for those less fortunate. Pre-pandemic we took the kids to local restaurants to Christmas carol and spread holiday cheer. Annual event.
